  • "Order" refers to a request for services placed by a client and accepted by us.
  • "Deliverable" refers to the final product or service provided to the client as per the order specifications.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

3.1 Service Not Started

If we have not started working on your order, you are eligible for a full refund.

3.2 Service in Progress

If we have already started working on your order but have not delivered the final product, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the amount of work completed and resources utilized.

3.3 Service Completed

Once the final deliverable has been provided to you, refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as if the deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon specifications after all revision rounds have been exhausted.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@omultra.in with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]".
  2. Provide your order details, including the Order ID, date of purchase, and the service purchased.
  3. Clearly state the reason for your refund request.
  4. Include any relevant supporting information or documentation.

We will review your refund request and respond within 3-5 business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and meet the agreed-upon specifications.
  • Services where the client has approved the final deliverable.
  • Third-party costs incurred by us on your behalf (e.g., stock photos, premium plugins, design assets).
  • Services canceled after multiple revision rounds have been provided.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time by contacting us at support@omultra.in. The refund amount, if any, will be determined based on the refund eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3.

6.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:

  • If you violate our Terms and Conditions.
  • If you request services that are illegal, unethical, or outside our scope of expertise.
  • If you fail to provide necessary information or feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the order.

In case of a company-initiated cancellation, you will receive a full refund unless the cancellation is due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or failure to provide necessary information.

7. Revision Policy

Each service package includes a specific number of revision rounds as mentioned in the package details. If you are not satisfied with the deliverable, you can request revisions within the scope of the original order.

Additional revision requests beyond the included number may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the final deliverable.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, we encourage you to contact us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to resolving any issues in a fair and amicable manner.

If we are unable to resolve the dispute directly, it will be subject to the dispute resolution provisions outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
